May I come and view the facility and various storage spaces?
Yes of course. We welcome all visits and would gladly show you our facilities.
What must I bring with me when I rent a space?
You will need government-issued photograph identification with a signature on it. An up-to-date phone number and address where we can reach you must be given at the time of rental. You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
When can I access my unit?
You may access your unit seven days a week, 365 days a year, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open and staffed from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. We will be closed on the third Saturday of each month and holidays. If your need to rent falls on the third Saturday, please contact us and arrangements will be made to accommodate your needs.
Does anyone else have access to my unit?
No, unless you choose to give someone else access and the key to your unit.
Does your facility provide a lock for the storage space?
Yes we provide a very secure disk lock, that comes sealed and with (2) keys.
How safe is your facility?
Our facility is enclosed by fences with barbed and razor wire and walls. We have 24-hour surveillance, we provide a heavy disk lock, and there is a resident manager on property.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Yes we offer a variety of boxes and moving supplies to meet all your packing needs.
Are there any items I can't store?
Common sense and state laws determine what may be stored. Some items to never store include, but are not limited to, live animals, perishables, liquids, and explosives. Drain fuel from gasoline engines before storing. Throw away anything that could attract rodents or pests.
Is there a minimum or maximum length of time I can store?
Our minimum contract is for one month. Your contract then runs month-to-month, there is no limit on how long you can rent your space.
What about insurance?
We suggest you get insurance for peace of mind. We supply information about inexpensive self-storage renters insurance. Also check your homeowners or renters insurance policy.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on or before the first of each month.
Will I receive a monthly invoice?
Our customers simply pay monthly, like they would for an apartment or home.
When do you apply a late charge?
A late charge is posted to the account on the 10th and 20th of each month as long as there is a balance on the account.
